Cancel Subscription

The Silver ($9.99), Gold ($29.99), Platinum ($39.99) and VIP ($49.99) plans are labelled Billed Monthly. The One Day Pass ($2) is a one-time purchase.

How to request a cancellation

1. Open the Submit a Request form.
2. Select Cancel Subscription as the category.
3. Enter the email address used for the purchase.
4. Optionally add the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card — these can help identify the transaction. Never send your full card number or security code.
5. Describe the plan you want to cancel and submit the request.
