Cancel Order

If you want to cancel a recent Get Fit Today purchase, you can submit a Cancel Order request. To stop a monthly plan instead, see Cancel Subscription.

Identify the purchase

• The email address used for the purchase.
• The date of the purchase and the amount charged.
• Which package you purchased, if you know it.
• Optionally, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card — these can help identify the transaction. Never send your full card number or security code.

How to submit

Open the Submit a Request form, select Cancel Order, and describe the purchase you want cancelled.
